Q.02PVC sheet or WPC board — which do I need?
Choose the PVC Sheet (3–6 mm) for light, rigid work like signage, displays, ceilings and back panels. Choose the WPC Board (8–18 mm) for furniture, kitchens, doors and partitions that need a denser, wood-like core and strong screw-holding. Try the thickness explorer.
Q.03Can I use it in kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes. 21stWood boards are 100% waterproof, antibacterial and odour-free — ideal for sink cabinets, vanities and other wet zones where plywood and MDF struggle.
Q.04Can my carpenter work with it?
Absolutely. It cuts, drills, screws and routes with standard woodworking tools, and handles CNC routing, laser cutting, painting, lamination and printing.
Q.05What size are the sheets?
Every board is a standard 8 × 4 ft sheet (2440 × 1220 mm). PVC sheets come in 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm; WPC boards in 8, 10, 12, 16 and 18 mm. Use the sheet calculator to estimate quantities.
